Introduction:
This machine is used to test the abrasion resistance of laces. The lacing device is to take two laces and hook them together in the middle section, forming one on the right and one on the left, and to clamp the two ends of the right lace with the machine's right jig (dynamic clamp). The other end is placed in the sliding groove, with a weight suspended below, and the clamping point is naturally 35+5mm away from the wheel groove.
The test is carried out at a constant speed with a straight line to the left and right, so that the two laces are rubbed against each other, and the number of times the laces are rubbed is recorded when the test is carried out or the laces are broken.

A: Every machine from our factory has a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers.
If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.
2. What's the delivery term?
A: At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.
