Instrument principle:
        Energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry uses the characteristic that fluorescent X-rays have different energies to detect the fluorescent X-rays from the specimen in turn, obtaining a series of pulses with an amplitude proportional to the photon energy, which are amplified by an amplifier and sent to a multi-channel pulse analyser.
        The number of pulses is counted according to the magnitude of the pulses, which can be scaled by the energy of the X-rays to obtain the distribution curve of the count rate with the energy of the photons, i.e. the X-ray energy spectrum.

1. Using the original US electro-cooled high-performance Si-PIN detector, high resolution, wide detection range, covering the basic requirements of RoHS, halogen, plating, alloy (including precious metals) and various conventional materials analysis.
2. Equipped with the international state-of-the-art DPP digital multi-channel signal integration processor, which provides better performance than ordinary analogue multi-channel signal processors. It offers better resolution especially at high count rates (e.g. Hg and Cl), shorter analysis times due to data transfer speeds of up to 80 MHz, and better measurement repeatability and long-term stability.
3. Built-in HD camera system for clear observation of the sample and accurate positioning of the sample test area.
4. Equipped with the latest FP measurement software, integrating a variety of spectral processing algorithms and matrix correction algorithms, effectively reducing various interfering spectral peaks in the instrument measurement, enabling the detection results of low content and trace elements.

 1. Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? And how about the warranty?
A: Every machine from our factory has a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers.
If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.

2. What's the delivery term?
A: At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.
