Purpose:
This machine is designed to test the product packaging fall by the damage, and evaluation of the transportation handling the Drop Testing Machines process of impact resistance strength.
Characteristics:
The zero drop test machine is mainly used for the drop test of large packaging. The zero drop test machine is composed of an ' E ' type fork which can move down quickly as the test piece bracket, and the goods are placed in balance according to the test requirements ( surface, edge, angle experiment ). During the test, the bracket moves downward at a high speed and breaks away from the test piece. The ' E ' fork falls to the bottom plate when the tested packaged goods fall to the bottom plate. It has been embedded in the bottom plate under the action of the high-efficiency shock absorber. Theoretically, the zero drop test can be carried out from the zero height range. The drop height is set digitally according to the test requirements, and the drop test is automatically performed according to the set height.

Every machine from our factory has a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers.
If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.
2. What's the delivery term?
At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.
