Introduction:
        KS-FTHW408L is a fully automatic constant temperature and humidity weighing system developed and produced by Kexun Instruments for the automatic balancing and weighing of filter membranes, filter heads and cartridges for sampling of low concentration particulate matter.
It is designed as a left and right split system, with 4 sets of movable wheels at the bottom for easy moving and fixing, and with 5 levels of vibration protection. Equipped with professional grade industrial computer and workstation for automatic reading of balance data, automatic recording and generation of tables and one-touch printing; equipped with fully automatic robotic arm and composite sample tower for automatic sample pick-up and retrieval, with a pre-constant weight of 100 47mm or 90mm membranes, 60 filter heads and 182 cartridges; equipped with membrane code identification system to ensure that each sample is recordable and traceable. (Option)

Overview:

Applications	A high precision balance is placed inside a high precision constant temperature and humidity system, the sample to be weighed is placed inside the system, balanced for 24 hours and then weighed fully automatically. This system overcomes the effects of changes in temperature and humidity in the laboratory environment on the weighing results and improves the accuracy of the weighing.
Features	The constant temperature and humidity weighing system case comes with its own pulley and self-locking function, which makes it easy to move and fix the whole machine, and the balance works within the system. The sample is balanced in a high precision constant temperature and humidity environment to ensure the accuracy of sample weighing. The system has an automatic alarm function for mechanical faults and an automatic alarm function for lack of water in the water tank. The system is reasonably designed and uses multi-stage anti-vibration measures to ensure that the balance works continuously and smoothly and the readings are stable. The humidifier adopts ultrasonic humidification mode, closed circuit circulation, the condensate generated by dehumidification flows back to the same water supply tank to solve the problem of frequent water refilling. The wind speed inside the chamber does not affect the storage of samples, taking, etc. The constant temperature and humidity adopts the cyclic mode of air supply and suction to ensure uniform temperature and humidity inside the chamber. A: Every machine from our factory has a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers.
If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.

2. What's the delivery term?
A: At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.
