Introduction:
This equipment is mainly used for welding protective shoes, high temperature shoes sole material, such as rubber, polymer, etc. high temperature resistance. No softening, melting or cracking shall occur on the surface of the outsole specimen after the test. The test method is to heat the sand box to 150°C, let the sand cover the contact between the upper and sole of the specimen, and record the change in insole temperature over time in 30 minutes, accurate to 0.5°C.

LD32, LD4, GB/T 20991 part 5.12 standard requirements.
Test principle:
The specimen shoe is placed on a hot plate at a certain temperature for a certain period of time to test the heating of the inner sole surface of the shoe and the possible damage on the outer sole.

1. Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? And how about the warranty?
A: Every machine from our factory has a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers.
If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.
2. What's the delivery term?
A: At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
