Automatic Coordinate Measuring Machine

 

Equipment Features:
1. The beam and Z-axis are made of surface-anodised aircraft aluminium alloy for excellent temperature consistency; and the mass of the moving parts is reduced, reducing the inertia of the measuring machine when running at high speed.
2. All three axes of the guideway use high-precision self-cleaning air bearings for smoother movement and the guideway never suffers from wear and tear.
3. All three axes use high-precision Swiss imported scale, system resolution up to 0.078um; while using flexible inlay technology to reduce the deformation of the scale.
4. The Y-axis adopts an integral dovetail guideway, which effectively eliminates movement torsional oscillation while reducing the weight of the machine, ensuring measurement accuracy and stability.
5. Each movement axis is driven by a DC servo to ensure smooth and accurate movement.
6. The patented precision triangular beam technology in the X direction provides a lower centre of gravity, the best mass to rigidity ratio and more reliable movement than rectangular beams and cross beams.
7. The software is the industry benchmark PC-DMIS BASIC (/PC-DMIS PREMIUM), which is powerful, easy to learn and efficient.
8. The use of Hexagon's IDC-I control system, specially built for Croma, improves the dynamic performance and measurement accuracy of the machine.

 1. Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? And how about the warranty?
A: Every machine from our factory has a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers.
If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.

2. What's the delivery term?
A: At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.
