Introduction:

        UV disinfection technology is the latest generation of disinfection technology that emerged internationally in the late 1990s. It integrates optics, microbiology, electronics, fluid mechanics and aerodynamics, and is characterised by high efficiency, broad spectrum, low cost, long life, large water volume and no secondary pollution, making it an internationally recognised mainstream consumer technology for the 21st century.


Usage:
        Mainly used for sterilisation of cooked food and water. Widely used in hospitals, food, herbal medicine, food and beverage processing and packaging equipment, health care plants, food factories, dairy plants, breweries, beverage plants, bakeries and packaging product factories.

UVC germicidal machine maintenance:
1. Check regularly to ensure the normal operation of the UV lamp.
2. After 8000 hours of continuous use or one year, the UV lamp should be replaced. When replacing the new lamp, first unplug the lamp power socket and take out the UV lamp. Be careful not to touch the quartz glass of the new lamp with your fingers as the stain will affect the intensity of the light, while carefully placing the lamp into the inner cavity of the steriliser.

FAQ
 1. Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? And how about the warranty?
A: Every machine from our factory has a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers.
If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.

2. What's the delivery term
A: At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.

3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine
A: Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized 
machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine.

4. How to install and use the product?
A: We will send you operating instructions, English  video by Email. Or you can download on our officail website directly.
