Safety Shoes Compression Puncture Test Machine
Purpose:
To determine the compression resistance of the toe cap and the puncture resistance of the steel centre plate to prevent accidental injury to the operator while wearing the shoe in the workplace due to its inadequate safety properties.
Scope of application:
1. EN12568; ANSI; JIS; CSA; regional standards GB12017-1989, LD50-1994.
2. Steel toe compression and steel centre plate puncture resistance for all types of safety footwear.
Test principles:
1. Compression test: The compression resistance of the toe is assessed by measuring the lower height retained by the cylindrical mastic underneath (i.e. the safe height) when pressing the toe cap at the appropriate standard pressure (15KN±0.1KN for EN; 1000±50LBS for ANSI).
2. Steel centre plate puncture resistance test: The puncture resistance of the steel centre plate is assessed by testing for a greater value of force when penetrating the steel centre plate or whether the steel centre plate penetrates under a certain force.

1. Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? And how about the warranty?
A: Every machine from our factory has a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers.
If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.
2. What's the delivery term?
A: At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
A: Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine.
4. How to install and use the product?
