The salt spray test is designed to test the corrosion resistance of products made from a variety of materials after they have been treated with anti-corrosion treatments such as electroplating, anodising, painting and rust prevention oils.
Application:
The salt spray machine is used to test the corrosion resistance of products after surface treatment (including coatings, electroplating, inorganic and organic films, anodic treatment, rust prevention oil and other corrosion prevention treatments). Spraying method:
1. Using the Bernoulli principle to absorb brine and then atomise it, the atomisation is uniform and there is no blockage of crystallisation, ensuring continuous testing standards.
2. Nozzle: made of special glass nozzle, the size and angle of the spray can be adjusted.
3. Spray volume adjustment 1-2mI (mI/80cm²/h) (16 hours average volume).
4. Spraying method: programmable spraying.
Heating system:
Direct heating method, fast heating speed to reduce standby time, when the temperature reaches ON.OFF switch, temperature precision, low power consumption (heating tube made of highly corrosion-resistant titanium tube)
Safety protection devices :
(A) Low water level, automatic power cut-off device
(B) Automatic power supply cut-off device for heater when over temperature

Features:
(A) The test chamber is made of imported PVC polyethlene board (Taiwan Nanya), thickness 5mm, durable temperature at 85ºC.
(B) The chamber seal is made of imported acrylic board, thickness 5mm.
(C) pressure air barrel using SUS# 304 not show steel high pressure resistant barrel insulation effect is best.
(D) The test chamber basket frame adopts flat indexing frame, which can be adjusted at any angle, and the four sides are completely consistent in terms of falling and receiving fog, and the test piece is placed in a large number.

1. Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? And how about the warranty?
A: Every machine from our factory has a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers.
If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.
2. What's the delivery term?
A: At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
A: Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine.
4. How to install and use the product?
A: We will send you operating instructions, English video by Email. Or you can download on our officail website directly.
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, all you need to do is to connect the power cable and start to use. And if possible, we can also install your machine at site.
